1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and aqjl Casino ("aqjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aqjl.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile sites, and applications.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to name, birth date, identity documents, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

aqjl is designed for and targeted to players located in the Philippines. Members accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own legal risk. aqjl makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the aqjl platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. aqjl employs technical systems to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aqjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings therein, regardless of which account appears to be the "primary" account.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aqjl login username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account access credentials with any third party. aqjl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must immediately change your password and notify aqjl customer support via live chat. aqjl may take precautionary measures including temporarily suspending your account pending verification.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

aqjl is required by applicable regulations to implement Know Your Customer procedures. Upon request — and mandatorily prior to processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 — aqjl may require you to submit the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or UMID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash/Maya account showing your registered mobile number);
• Any additional documentation aqjl reasonably deems necessary for compliance purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

aqjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, abuse of promotional offers, use of prohibited software, regulatory direction, or at the member's own request.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aqjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list of available methods is displayed in the aqjl Cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section. aqjl does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

aqjl processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within an average of five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the member's own name. aqjl does not charge withdrawal fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

aqjl is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and operates in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines. aqjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate government authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by aqjl are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. These general terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms. Where a conflict exists between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits awarded by aqjl — including the welcome bonus — are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each bonus offer's terms. Placing bets using bonus credits on excluded game categories or with modified bet sizes may not count toward wagering requirements. aqjl reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them if wagering is conducted in a manner designed to circumvent these requirements.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Each member is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts, fraudulent identity details, or collusion with other members constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

6Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Game Availability

Where a malfunction has caused an incorrect game outcome, aqjl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the member's account. 6.3 Intellectual Property of Game Providers

7Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at aqjl staff, other members, or live dealers;
• Any conduct that aqjl, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

8Intellectual Property

The aqjl brand, logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, software architecture, and all other materials constituting the aqjl platform are the exclusive intellectual property of aqjl Casino or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aqjl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No member may reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the aqjl platform without prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aqjl Casino and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the aqjl platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or gaming winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer or system failures.

aqjl's total cumulative liability to any member for all claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aqjl provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.

10Privacy & Data Protection

aqjl collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering and using the aqjl platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aqjl employs industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect member data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, aqjl cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

11Responsible Gaming

aqjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and actively supports measures to help members maintain healthy gaming habits. 13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the aqjl platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a member and aqjl, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through aqjl's internal customer support escalation process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For complaints or disputes regarding game outcomes, aqjl's gaming records shall constitute the primary evidence of all transactions and game results. All platform records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years.
